The Annual Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence or better known as PRAISE was successfully conducted last December 21, 2022. The program was attended by different department heads, unit heads and employees of the Local Government Unit of Pasacao, Camarines Sur.
Mayor Jorge R. Bengua commended the Service Awardees for their dedication and loyalty in public office. He also reminded the employees of the importance of service excellence in government service.
The Service Awardees were Ms. Rosa Marin, Mr. Isidro Saballuegue, Mr. Jose Ramos, and Mr. Jose Romero.
The 20 Years in Service Awardees Ms. Lilibeth Barroga, Mr. Henry Canonizado Jr., Ms. Aleth Mina and Ms. Corazon Pasimio
The 25 Years in Service Awardees were Ms. Marvie Candelaria and Mr. Edgardo Llamado
The 30 Years in Service Awardees were Ms. Maria Gemma Clemente, Ms. Nonita Ducay, Ms. Marilou Fabi, Ms. Maribel Miravalles, Ms. Jean Oco and Ms. Myrna Pasilaban.
One of the majors segments of the program was the Singning of the Civil Service Hymn and the Awarding of Achievers for 2022. The other special awards given were Best Emloyee (1st and 2nd Level), Best Department Award, Best in Housekeeping Award and Perfect Attendance Award.
Ms. Desiree Glenda Briones the Head of the Human Resources office spearheaded the successful staging of PRAISE 2022. The LGU Pasacao will continue its different programs which promote capacity development and personal and professional growth of its employees.
